The Playlist:
Even though the new releases may seem a bit sparse this spring, there's still plenty to talk about in games. Marcus kicks off the fun to discuss his hands-on time with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge and lets you know why fans of the cartoon and brawlers alike are in for a potentially good time. After that, Mr. Van Aken regales us with his time staying up way too late with Overwatch 2 and how he thinks the shooter has evolved since the first game. Finally, Wes takes us home and lets us know why the indie RPG Citizen Sleeper is becoming one of his favorite games of 2022.

Listener Questions:
We have a good one this week for Listener Questions, as we're discussing some of our favorite emotional indie titles, our favorite video game reviewers, and which developers we'd hypothetically acquire.
Read this week's questions below and submit your own via the Official Game Informer Community Discord or by emailing us at Podcast@GameInformer.com:
Hello to my favorite gaming informers! Indie games are some of my favorites, especially those that have had a profound, emotionally moving impact on me. What are some of your favorite/most recent indie games that moved you emotionally or had a significant impact on you? Were there any that changed the way you look at games as a medium or storytelling device? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for all you do! -JHerb24
I think most people has specific reviewers or critics, whether they are for movies, music or video games, that their interests line up with and they read their reviews with more credence than others. So growing up (or maybe even now) who were those reviewers that you clicked with and held up to a higher weight? For me, in the video game realm, it was former GI’er, Matt Helgeson. Once I saw he gave a game a 9, I knew it was a game for me - Bob Buel
If the GI crew was able to acquire a dev, who would you choose? Doesn’t have to be a dev that would make you money. Can be one that you passionately love their games and know that more times than not they will deliver a quality experience for you. - SavoyPrime
